Each board is unique and different. Pictured here is the exact board that you will receive, number 24-214. While this board was not reclaimed from an old barn, she was sourced sustainably, and still bears the beautiful features of the tree, including a really fun knot on the edge!
With all of our life edge looms, we recommend you weave with the live edge facing you, as this will prevent your project from getting caught on the bark. Do know that the bark may fall off in time, as it is no longer growing. You may apply some CA glue to keep it intact if it begins to break off.

As a final touch in creation, we add mineral oil to oil each board, which brings out all of the natural beauty hidden in the board. If you ever feel the need to spruce up your board, mineral oil is an affordable and easily accessible option that works wonders!

Good to the last drop

We strive to use every piece of every board we get into our shop. This means not only do we sometimes have looms of non-standard sizing, but we also use the cut off pieces to create our tapestry looms, niddy noddys, and more.
