There is certainly a wow factor with purpleheart. This wood is another example of nature showing off! Often a grayish/purplish brown when freshly cut, exposure to oxygen and UV light turns the wood a deep eggplant color within a few days. Over time, with further UV exposure, the wood will deepen to a dark brown with a purple hint. A dense, durable wood, purpleheart is sustainably grown and harvested in Central and Southern America.

Our OG Peg Loom is an absolute beauty! Featuring a single row of our standard peg size, offering great flexibility for your project needs. These pegs are perfect for roving, locks, and fabric strips. Easily make rugs and smaller projects, and set the loom across your armchair for easy relaxed weaving!
