Combo Diz and WPI Gauge

Designed to be used as a diz to pull fiber into thin strips for spinning or other uses, pull fiber from combs, a blending board, or a drum carder. Use smaller holes to achieve thinner fiber.

Also can be used as a WPI (wraps per inch) gauge. The notch in the bottom is 1' wide - simply wrap your yarn around the piece until you fill up the width of the notch. Don't wrap too loosely or too tightly, as this will distort the measurement.

Crafted from the same premium hardwoods we use for our peg looms, and finished with mineral oil.
